The idea of Video Monitoring scares a lot of people because they feel it would very intrusive. “I don’t want someone watching me when I am at home!” It does not work like this.

Example:

Sally is in Florida. Her alarm goes off and sends a front door Break in signal. This sends an additional signal from the panel saying video is available. They can now view the front door camera to see who is breaking in.
